Holy Week 2019 Schedule

With the celebration of the Palm Sunday this Sunday, we are entering the Holy Week period. It is a time when we reflect more deeply on the mysteries of God’s love made manifest in the passion of our Lord Jesus Christ. It is also a time when we reflect on the love Christ lavished upon us by accepting to die a shameful death on the cross in order to free us from sin and death.

The schedule for our celebrations is as follows:
Holy Thursday – Mass of Passover at 7:00pm

Good Friday – Walk of Cross – starts at Anglican Church at 10:00am

Good Friday – Ecumenical Service of the Passion (Pentecostal Church) at 10:30am

Good Friday – Commemoration of the Passion of the Lord at 3:00pm

Holy Saturday – Mass of the Resurrection of the Lord at 9:00pm

Easter Sunday – Mass at 10:30am

Easter Sunday – Mass at 1:30pm at St. Anne, Katlodeeche
